§ 91.68 INSTALLATION PROCESS.
   (A)   Application. Residents may submit to the Director of Public Works a formal application expressing their interest in speed hump installation.
   (B)   Review. The application will be reviewed, considering the survey results, traffic study findings, and approvals from the designated entities. If the application is denied for any of the reasons aforementioned in this subchapter, a resubmittal will not be reviewed for a period of three (3) years, unless significant changes to the immediate population or traffic patterns occur.
   (C)   Approval. If all criteria are met, the Mayor may approve the installation of speed humps.
