§ 91.61 INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE COSTS.
   Residents' financial responsibility. Residents within the affected neighborhood shall be responsible for eighty percent (80%) of the installation costs and the entirety of the maintenance costs associated with the speed humps, thereafter, including required signage.
