(A) Residential properties that are under new development and/or remodeling with an appropriate permit, are not required to apply for a temporary dumpster/storage unit permit as they will be covered under the residential building permit.
(B) Commercial or industrial zoned properties are addressed in Chapter 119.01 and are not affected by this chapter.
(C) In the event of emergencies, caused by floods, windstorms, fires or other acts of God, or manmade disasters, the Mayor shall be allowed to suspend the enforcement of this chapter as to the city, or areas of the city, for a time appropriate for the community to deal with such emergency conditions.
