(A) Funding for this Grant will be awarded according to funding available each fiscal year and in compliance with this chapter. There is no guarantee of funding each year. Grant incentives shall not exceed the annual amount made available within the city’s annual fiscal budget, as set forth within a current approved budget.
(B) Funding will be based on a sixty percent (60%) contribution by the building owner and forty percent (40%) by the City of Mt. Washington. The building owner must make a minimum investment of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) which will equal a four thousand dollar ($4,000.00) reimbursement grant up to a maximum grant reimbursement of forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00) for an investment of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) or more.
(C) If a project is not funded, because of limited funds, a new application will need to be submitted in future years for consideration.
