If any section of this chapter, including but not limited to, any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, or any other portion of this chapter, is declared illegal or unconstitutional, or otherwise invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall not affect the remaining portions hereof. Any license currently in effect shall remain in effect in accordance with the terms of this chapter.
