§ 117.060 HOURS OF SALE.

(A) A licensee for distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages shall be permitted to sell distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages between the hours of 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Monday - Saturday.

(B) A license for distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages shall be permitted to sell distilled spirits, wine and/or malt beverages on Sunday between the hours of 11:30 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. (midnight).
