§ 150.20 BUILDING PERMIT REQUIRED FOR UTILITY SERVICE.

It shall be unlawful for a public utility to provide any service to any new structure or improvement on any real property within the limits of the city without demanding the inspection of a current building permit. No service shall be provided to anyone on the premises without a current building permit.
