Any individual, group of individuals, corporation, organization desiring to reserve the use of the city owned pavilions and/or facilities for any purpose, shall first be required to complete and follow instructions set forth in the application with the City of Mt. Washington for the said proposed use and follow the user agreement included on the application and made a part of this subchapter in § 36.18.
