§ 121.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   “MOBILE FOOD UNIT.” Food establishment which is on wheels, mobile and/or which is self-propelled as a licensed vehicle including the sale of both prepared and pre-packaged foods (examples are a food truck and ice cream truck).
   “MOBILE FOOD UNIT VENDOR.” An itinerant merchant who conducts business from a mobile food unit.
