Where provisions of House Bill 333 of the 2011 Regular Session of the Kentucky Legislature are, as to use and sale of fireworks in general and specifically “consumer fireworks,” more liberal than any existing provision in this chapter, then, in that event, the provisions of House Bill 333 shall supersede and supplant the City of Mt. Washington’s provisions.
