§ 33.07 SERVICE AND HANDLING FEES.
   In the collection of any revenue due to the city from any source, any payment other than by U.S. currency, could possibly incur a $2.00 service and handling fee whether as an actual cost by the City of Mt. Washington or by a third party on behalf of the City of Mt. Washington.
