§ 157.48 STANDARDS.
   The public officer may determine that a building is unfit for human occupancy if he or she finds that conditions are dangerous or injurious to health or safety, including fire hazards, danger of accidents, lack of adequate ventilation, light or sanitary facilities, disrepair, structural defects or uncleanliness.
