(A) All farm produce and farm products grown or produced on a farm located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky may be sold by the owner of the farm at a location designated and approved by the city for an annual fee of $15.
(B) The farm owner shall comply with the application provisions of this chapter.
(C) Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to excuse any requirement of any federal, state, or county agency for inspection or certification of any product offered for sale under this provision and any product requiring such inspection or certification shall not be offered for sale without same.
