1178.06 PENALTY.

In any provision of this chapter is violated, the Zoning Enforcement Officer may order that the fence, wall or hedge be removed. If the fence, wall or hedge is not removed within ten days of the order, the owner shall be fined ten dollars ($10.00) each day the violation exists.
