(a) If one or more of the regulations of Chapter 1176
inclusive, are violated, the Board of Zoning Appeals upon recommendation of the Zoning Enforcement Officer may revoke the home occupation permit.
(b) Revocation of a home occupation permit may be appealed or provided under Section 1155.09.
(c) Home occupation permits which have been revoked may not be applied for again until a period of one year has lapsed from the date of revocation.
