1169.02 CONDITIONAL USES IN THE M-1 MANUFACTURING DISTRICT.
   (a)   The following uses are conditionally permitted in the M-1 Manufacturing District:
      (1)   Meat, dairy and poultry products.
      (2)   Sugar and confectionery products.
      (3)   Fats and oils.
      (4)   Miscellaneous food preparations and kindred food processing establishments and products, including canned and preserved fruits and vegetables.
      (5)   Pulp mills, paper mills, paperboard mills.
      (6)   Building paper and building paper board mills.
      (7)   Industrial inorganic chemicals.
      (8)   Plastic materials and synthetic resins, synthetic rubber, synthetic and other man-made fibers, except glass.
      (9)   Drugs.
      (10)   Soap, detergents and cleaning preparations, perfumes, cosmetics and other toilet preparations.
      (11)   Paints, varnishes, lacquers, enamels and allied products.
      (12)   Agricultural chemicals.
      (13)   Miscellaneous chemical products.
      (14)   Petroleum refining.
      (15)   Paving and roofing materials.
      (16)   Miscellaneous products of petroleum and coal.
      (17)   Tires and inner tubes.
      (18)   Rubber and plastics footwear.
      (19)   Reclaimed rubber.
      (20)   Fabricated rubber products, not elsewhere classified.
      (21)   Miscellaneous plastic products.
      (22)   Leather tanning and finishing.
      (23)   Cement, hydraulic, concrete, gypsum and plastering products.
      (24)   Abrasive, asbestos and miscellaneous nonmetallic mineral products.
      (25)   Blast furnaces, steel works and rolling and finishing mills.
      (26)   Iron and steel foundries and forges.
      (27)   Primary smelting and refining of nonferrous materials.
      (28)   Secondary smelting and refining of nonferrous materials.
      (29)   Rolling, drawing and extruding of nonferrous metals.
      (30)   Nonferrous foundries (castings).
      (31)   Miscellaneous primary metal industries.
      (32)   Ordnance and accessories.
      (33)   Stockyards.
      (34)   Scrap and waste materials.
      (35)   Secondhand automotive tire, battery and accessory dealers.
      (36)   Auto wrecking.
      (37)   Outdoor storage.
      (38)   Flea markets.
      (39)   Legally dangerous chemical processing.
      (40)   Firearms and explosives manufacture.
      (41)   Airports, heliports.
      (42)   Any other lawful industrial use, except radioactive materials, manufacturing, processing, reprocessing and any form of storage which is expressly prohibited in any district.
   (b)   Commercial, office, and service establishments normally associated with and intended to serve the industrial establishments or their employees, but limited to:
      (1)   Eating and drinking places.
      (2)   Commercial and stock savings banks, savings and loan associations, personal credit institutions and business credit institutions.
      (3)   Laundry, cleaning and garment services, beauty shops, barber shops and other personal services.
      (4)   Advertising.
      (5)   Consumer credit reporting agencies, mercantile reporting agencies and adjustment and collecting agencies.
      (6)   Duplicating, addressing, blueprinting; photocopying, mailing, mailing list and stenographic services.
      (7)   Personnel supply services.
      (8)   Computer and data processing services.
      (9)   Business services, not elsewhere classified.
      (10)   Offices of physicians and other health practitioners.
      (11)   Engineering, architectural and surveying services.
      (12)   Accounting, auditing and bookkeeping services.
      (13)   Commercial recreational facilities (see definition).
