1168.03 DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR RESIDENTIAL USES IN THE OFFICE-INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT.

(a) When the use is a single family or two-family dwelling, development standards are those required in the R-2 Single and Two-Family District.

(b) When the use is a multiple family dwelling, development standards are those required in the R-3 Multiple Family District.
