1162.01 PERMITTED AND CONDITIONAL USES.
   (a)   Permitted Uses in the R-3 Multiple Family District are:
      (1)   Multiple family units and accessory uses incidental to these uses, including the following:
         A.   An office to handle rentals and maintenance of dwelling units within the multiple family development in which the office is located, as an accessory use.
         B.   Private swimming pools for the exclusive use of residents of a multiple family development.
      (2)   Permitted uses in R-1 Single Family and R-2 Single and Two Family Districts.
   (b)   Conditional Uses in the R-3 Multiple Family District are:
      (1)   Conditional uses in the R-2 Single and Two Family District.
      (2)   Violation of conditional use as approved shall be grounds for revocation of the conditional use permit.
      (3)    Boarding Houses, College Lodging, and Fraternity Houses.
   When the Board of Appeals Determines there will be sufficient off street parking, sufficient traffic accessibility, adequate yard space, and when any other requirements deem necessary by the Board of Appeals are satisfied.
