The nature of this Zoning Ordinance is to:
(a) Carry out the stated purposes of this Zoning Ordinance by the arrangement of zoning districts that shall include all land within the boundaries of the City.
(b) Specify and regulate uses of land and the type, size and use of structures within each separate zoning district.
(c) Delineating zoning district boundaries in a manner which is comprehensive and includes all land and structures similar in nature and circumstance to the extent feasible. (Ord. 2005-34. Passed 12-12-05.)
