No final plat of land within the area of force and effect of the Zoning Code will be approved unless it conforms with such Zoning Code. Whenever there is a discrepancy between the minimum standards set forth in these Subdivision Regulations and those contained in the Zoning Code, the Building Code or other official regulations, the stricter standard shall control. However, in the case of lot sizes, the Zoning Code shall control.
