914.02 PURPOSE AND JURISDICTION.

The purpose of this chapter is to establish extra strength surcharges for wastewaters exceeding the strength of normal strength wastewater as defined herein, and to establish an industrial waste surveillance charge to cover the cost of monitoring all industrial wastes discharged to the sanitary sewer system.
