§ 37.02  COUNTY EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
   All eligible regular full-time officers and employees of the city are authorized to participate in the County Employees Retirement System effective August 1, 1996, pursuant to KRS 78.510 to 78.990.
