§ 36.30  CITY ETHICS COMMISSION CREATED.
   (A)   A city ethics commission is hereby created which shall have the powers to enforce all provisions of the code of ethics.
   (B)   The commission shall be established by entering in agreement with the Cumberland Valley Area Development District which will create a regional ethics board.
