§ 72.51  PARKING METER ZONES.
   (A)   There are hereby established and fixed certain zones to be known as parking meter zones in and on the following streets and highways in the city:
      (1) All of Main Street between First Street and the railroad crossing on West Main Street excepting therefrom only sufficient space to be designated and located by the City Chief of Police for the parking of three motor vehicles in front of the courthouse for use by the County Sheriff and two deputies.
      (2)   All of Church Street between U.S. Highway No. 150 and Main Street.
      (3)   From time to time hereafter as traffic conditions may require in such other streets or highways as may be designated by ordinance of the City Council for the location of such zones.
   (B)   In any of the parking meter zones or any part or portion of separately-designated parking meter zones, the Council, in its discretion, may cause parking meters to be installed in each space in such zones available for parking of vehicles and shall see that there shall be plainly indicated on each of the meters the time limitation for parking. The time limitation shall be designated by appropriate notice posted in the proximity of the meters.
