§ 112.01  ADVERTISING WITHIN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to place advertising of any kind on any tree, utility pole, or other structure within the rights-of-way of public streets and highways within the city.
   (B)   The placing of each advertisement or poster shall constitute a separate offense.
