§ 93.04  HUNTING OR KILLING WATERFOWL ON LAKE LINVILLE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or kill waterfowl on Lake Linville or the land of the city which surrounds said lake except hunting shall be permitted on that portion of the city’s land which lies on the south side of the lake and extends from the Burgess Hysinger corner to Kentucky Highway 1326.
