(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any watercraft propelled by an internal combustion engine of more than ten horsepower upon the city reservoir between September 10 and June 10.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person at any time to operate any watercraft propelled by an internal combustion engine of more than ten horsepower upon the Little Renfro Creek fork of the reservoir to the southwest of the buoy line separating the fork from the main body of the reservoir.
