§ 93.01  SWIMMING AT LAKE LINVILLE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to swim in Lake Linville at any place other than the beach area.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly permit any child in his or her custody or within his or her control to violate this section.
