(B) Any person who violates § 90.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), imprisoned for not more than twelve (12) months, or both for each offense. (KRS 525.130)
(C) Any person who violates § 90.16 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 335, passed 8-13-79)
(D) Any person who violates the provisions of § 90.17 shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each offense. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
