§ 72.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for each offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 72.05 shall be fined  a sum not  to exceed ten dollars ($10.00) for the first offense and not to exceed twenty dollars ($20.00) for the second and each subsequent offense.
   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 72.50 through 72.62 or whoever aids, abets, or assists in the  violation of any  provision of §§ 72.50 through 72.62 shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, or be imprisoned for a term not exceeding ten days in the county jail, or both, in the discretion of the court.
