§ 70.99 GENERAL PENALTY.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this traffic code where no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a violation and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).

(B) Any person who violates § 71.30 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
