(A) Collection deposits. All revenues collected, as a result of the user charges levied, shall be deposited in a separate non-lapsing OM&R and debt service fund known as the "Cash/Water and Sewer Revenue" fund.

(B) Transfer of funds.
(1) Revenues deposited in the "Cash/Water and Sewer Revenue" fund shall be transferred as-needed to the separate and individual accounts established for the city's municipal sewer system for the various functions including operation and maintenance, replacement and debt service.
(2) No revenues collected by the city's municipal sewer system shall be deposited in the accounts for the city's municipal water system.
