§ 36.75 PURCHASING AGENCY AND AGENTS.

   (A)   Purchasing agencies.

      (1)   The Utility Board is hereby designated as the purchasing agency for the Water Department.

      (2)   The Park and Recreation Board is hereby designated as the purchasing agency for the Park and Recreation Department.

      (3)   The Board of Public Works is hereby designated as the purchasing agency for all other city departments.

      (4)   The aforementioned purchasing agencies shall have all of the powers and duties authorized under I.C. 5-22.

   (B)   Purchasing agents.

      (1)   The Mayor shall be the purchasing agent for all city departments except the Utility Board and the Park and Recreation Board.

      (2)   The Utility Board and the Park and Recreation Board shall designate their respective purchasing agents in writing.
