§ 34.61 PROCEDURE FOR VIOLATION.
   (A)   The procedure for minor violations is a system of progressive discipline which includes the following:
      (1)   Oral warning.
      (2)   Written warning.
      (3)   One-day suspension
      (4)   Three-day suspension.
      (5)   Termination/demotion.
   (B)   A record of each oral and written warning will be kept on file.
