§ 34.47 INSURANCE.
   The city shall make available to all full-time employees hospitalization insurance, with covered employees paying an amount to be established by the city. The employee shall not be required to carry insurance made available to the city. An employee (when he chooses to carry insurance) is required to make application for said insurance within 30 days of employment, or wait until anniversary date of policy, in keeping within the guidelines of master policy.
