§ 34.33 MILITARY LEAVE.

Any full-time employee who is a member of the United States military or Indiana National Guard will be granted leave, not to exceed 15 days, without loss of time or pay. The city shall pay the full-time employees regular pay. All part-time employees will be excused for military or national guard leave, but without pay.
