§ 34.16 TOTAL HOURS FOR TIME WORKED; PAYMENT.
   Regular pay and overtime pay shall be calculated according to requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act except that for purposes of determining hours worked, paid holidays shall be counted as if the employee had worked eight hours. Vacation, sick leave, and other forms of paid leave shall not be treated as hours worked for purposes of calculating overtime.
