§ 34.15 TIME CARDS OR FORMS.
   To comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act requirements, a time card or a city form #99A shall be kept for each employee, both salaried and hourly, with said time card or form presented to the Clerk-Treasurer with each payroll by 12:00 noon on the Wednesday after the bi-weekly period ends. All payroll records shall be preserved for at least three years.
