§ 150.38 COORDINATION WITH PLAN COMMISSION.

In the administration of this subchapter, and any other ordinances incident thereto, the Department of Buildings shall coordinate its activities with the Posey County Area Plan Commission at all times in order to prevent unnecessary overlapping, duplication, and waste in the administrative process.
