§ 150.36 COMPLIANCE WITH ORDERS.
   (A)   If the owner of the building or dwelling fails to comply with the order to repair, alter, improve, or vacate and close the building or dwelling, the Building Commissioner shall cause to be posted on the main entrance to any building or dwelling so closed, a placard with the following words: "This building is dangerous and unfit for human habitation. The use or occupancy of this building for human habitation, or any other purpose, is prohibited and unlawful."
   (B)   If the owner fails to comply with an order to remove or demolish a building, the Building Commissioner may cause such building to be removed or demolished as provided in I.C. 36-7-9-10.
   (C)   A person who violates any provision of this subchapter or any provision of I.C. 36-7-9-28 shall be subject to the penalties to which that statute refers.
