§ 150.31 CONFLICT AMONG PROVISIONS.

Wherever other provisions of the subchapter shall conflict with I.C. 36-7-9, the Indiana Code shall control. Any amendments to that chapter of the Indiana Code shall be amendments to this subchapter. Repeal of that chapter shall not act as a repeal of this subchapter.
