§ 112.09 POLICE DEPARTMENT TO REPORT VIOLATIONS.
   The Police Department of the city is hereby given the authority and is instructed to watch and observe the conduct of holders and drivers operating under this chapter. Upon discovering a violation of the provisions of this chapter, the Police Department shall report the same to the Mayor, who will order or take appropriate action.
