§ 112.04 PUBLIC PASSENGER DRIVERS' LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall operate a taxicab for hire upon the streets of the city, and no person who owns or controls a taxicab shall permit it to be so driven, unless the driver of the taxicab has a valid public passenger drivers' license issued by the State License Bureau.
