§ 100.99 PENALTY.
   If any individual, partnership, corporation, business, association, entity or society shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or shall perform any action prohibited herein, or shall fail to perform any duty lawfully enjoined, within the time prescribed by the Police Chief or Fire Chief, or shall fail, neglect, or refuse to obey any lawful order given by the Police Chief or Fire Chief; in connection with the provisions of this chapter, and for violation of § 100.09, for each such violation, failure or refusal, such person, firm or corporation shall be assessed and pay a fine not to exceed $2,500 for the first offense or violation of this chapter and not more than $7,500 for a second or subsequent offense or violation, and shall be responsible for the city’s legal expenses and court costs incurred in the enforcement of this chapter. Each day a violation of this chapter exists shall constitute a separate offense.
