(A) Any alarm user having more than four false alarms in any calendar year shall pay a fine in the sum of $25 for the fifth false alarm within the year, and a fine in the sum of $50 for each false alarm in excess of five within the year. All lines shall be paid to the City Clerk-Treasurer to be deposited into the General Fund within ten days after notice and the number of false alarms set forth above.
(B) The number of false alarms shall be prorated for any alarm user who applies midyear for the system's first partial year. Thereafter, this section shall be applied on a calendar year basis.
(C) Any alarm user who does not pay the fine within the time prescribed shall be subject to having the permit revoked pursuant to § 100.09.
