§ 100.04 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No alarm user shall install, operate, or maintain an alarm system in the city without first obtaining a permit as required in § 100.05.
   (B)   Any alarm user who operates an alarm system without first obtaining authorization as required by this section, or who, after having an authorization revoked, fails to disconnect his or her alarm system, shall be in violation of this chapter.
