§ 97.60 NOTIFYING CHIEF OF POLICE OF PERTINENT INFORMATION.
   Any person, firm, or organization desiring to conduct a parade on any public street in the city shall notify the Chief of Police of the parade route, starting and ending time, the approximate number of parade units, sponsoring agent or person, a responsible person to contact regarding the parade and any other information as the Chief of Police may require to adequately provide for traffic control and public safety.
