§ 97.52 DETERMINATION OF CHARGE FOR IMPROVEMENTS.
   The city may impose a charge to be determined by the Board of Public Works and Safety before passage of an ordinance of vacation for any improvements such as improved streets or sidewalks maintained by the city within the area to be vacated.
