§ 97.33 DISBURSEMENT OF FEE.
   (A)   Fifty dollars of each permit fee shall be deposited into the city general fund for administrative services.
   (B)   The fee collected on each linear foot or square yard shall be deposited into the city motor vehicle highway fund.
   (C)   All fines imposed pursuant to the subchapter shall be deposited into the city motor vehicle highway fund.
