(A) Every person or entity who admits a violation or is found to have violated any of the provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall be assessed and pay a fine not to exceed $2,500 for the first offense or violation of this chapter and not more than $7,500 for a second or subsequent offense or violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
(B) During any trial concerning the provisions of this chapter the court may admit evidence of the sound pressure level as tested by a sound level meter which meets or exceeds ANSI specifications for type II equipment.
